CIP excells in building concrete new home construction foundations.  Currently, we are pouring over 700 foundations per year in the Front Range Region of Northern Colorado.  We have the equipment, the skilled manpower and the system to do the job right.



Our current goal is to reach a pouring rate of 20 foundations per week.  CIP has made the necessary acquisitions in equipment to reach this rate with the current manpower base with which we are now operating.  These purchases are based on the following criterion:

Minimize Labor Content

Our purchase of equipment helps us set forms faster with less form damage.  This helps us keep our prices competative and accellerates our daily productivity.

Increase Capital Equipment Utilization

Our purchase of equipment has allowed us to utilize more of our time each day in productive workflow.  This has helped eliminate any wait time a crew might incur while waiting for equipment to become available.
